My close and personal friends know about my obsession for finding this right version of the dvd. I've looked every possible place that I shop around at, when I visited my parents in New Orleans, I searched at several local places and I had my out-of-state friends look for me as well. I've lost hope that I would ever know of this day where I'd randomly go to my Best Buy to pick up Grace and see that the normal 3 copies of Let The Right One In were now 4 and the 4th was what I've been looking for.
As a movie geek, I'm ok with owning really shitty, stupid, or sub-par movies but I could not own a tarnished dvd of one of my favorite movies. I just couldn't live with myself.
This is just an example to everyone out there, don't give up! In the past few months I've completed Rock Band 2 endless set list, watched every unwatched movie I own under deadline and now I proudly own the right version of Let The Right One In. Ahhhh. I know to normal people those are pretty lame-ass accomplishments, but hey they are mine to be proud of and soak in the glory of the moment. So take that!
Next stop...the world! Ok, maybe not but I am in the process of working on my next project, my book! No set deadline yet but I'm going in the right direction of getting organized.
Enough about me, if anyone out there still searching for the right version, here's what to look for-
So whether you're looking for a hard to find dvd, the girl of your dreams or even something decent to have for dinner, keep hope alive, you'll find it!
Good Luck!
