Puppets are indeed evil. Even till this day if I see a puppet I always stare in the eyes and get a creepy feeling like there's something going on inside the puppet.
I remember seeing this when I was a little kid on USA for their Friday night fright programming. Oh man, this brought back memories of good old USA with Up All Night and their friday night line up. For this being a student film from the 80's, it still looks good for today's standars, despite its flaws. I mean, come on, the girl gets stabbed and slashed and she runs away like nothing happened to her.
